DrLina Care Programs
Care has
a next chapter.
A health question rarely ends with one answer. Keep the context, notice what changes, and take the next step with a clearer plan.
Start where you are
One step at a time.
For a temporary health concern or recovery period. Keep your observations together and work through the questions that come up along the way.
Your starting point is a conversation. Any plan should account for your circumstances and your clinician’s advice.
Start with your situation
What happened, when it began, your existing care instructions, and what you are worried about.
Keep a useful record
Describe changes in symptoms and, where appropriate, compare follow-up photos with your own earlier observations.
Know when to get checked
Watch for concerning changes and review when in-person assessment is needed.
Review the next step
Adjust your questions and follow-up plan as the situation changes.
Before you begin
A few things
worth knowing.
Does a program replace my clinician?
No. DrLina helps you organise information and understand possible next steps. Your clinician remains responsible for examination, diagnosis and treatment decisions.
Can I bring a photo or document?
Yes, use the attachments available in DrLina chat. Explain what happened and when. A photo alone cannot show every risk or establish a diagnosis.
When should I seek medical care?
Seek urgent help for severe, sudden or worsening symptoms. Follow any escalation instructions from your care team. Do not wait for an online check-in during an emergency.
Do I need a paid plan?
Access and limits depend on the current plan and service. Check the pricing page for the available options before purchasing.
