Terms of Use & Generative AI Policy
These Terms govern your access to and use of DrLina across the web platform, mobile applications, and cognitive engines. By accessing DrLina, you explicitly agree to these binding terms:
1. Neutral Medium & Generative Output Liability
DrLina operates purely as a computational literacy and medical reference medium. Any image, infographic, timeline, document, or clinical summary generated or exported using DrLina's toolsets is solely the legal property and responsibility of the user. We do not monitor, endorse, verify, or assume liability for how user-generated assets are shared, distributed, or interpreted in the external world. You agree to hold DrLina harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use or dissemination of generated assets.
2. Non-Diagnostic Boundary & No Medical Relationship
The platform does not provide formal medical diagnosis, individualized clinical prescriptions, or emergency triage. Interactions with DrLina do not create a doctor-patient relationship. DrLina is designed to support clinical literacy and educational synthesis. In the event of severe or acute health symptoms, you must seek immediate physical care from a licensed healthcare provider.
3. Conversational Privacy & Session Isolation
Conversational inputs, health queries, and uploaded documents are isolated within private, sandboxed session contexts. What you input remains strictly private. DrLina does not monetize, sell, or disclose your clinical inquiries to advertising brokers or external commercial third parties.
4. Responsible Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use DrLina to generate unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content, reverse-engineer proprietary cognitive pipelines, or attempt to circumvent safety guardrails. Do not submit sensitive third-party personal information without authorization.
5. Paid Plans & Payment Processing
DrLina offers Free, Go, Plus, and Ultra access tiers. Payments are processed securely via certified payment providers (such as Paystack or PayPal). Payments grant digital platform access and computational features; they do not constitute payment for formal medical diagnosis, prescriptions, or emergency clinical care.
6. Worldwide Currency & Jurisdiction
DrLina is accessible internationally. Transactions may be displayed in USD or billed in equivalent local currencies (e.g. KES) based on regional provider routing. All terms are governed by standard international digital commerce regulations.
7. Refunds & Support
If you encounter access or billing issues, contact support@drlina.app with your account details. Refund requests for technical activation failures are handled in good faith.
