Terms of Use
These terms cover the public DrLina website preview, early access waitlist, paid website plans, and support channels. The mobile app may have updated terms when it launches.

Public preview only
The current website is a preview of DrLina's product direction. Some features shown on the website are planned for the mobile app and may change before the July 2026 launch.
No medical service
The website does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency care, or a clinician-patient relationship. DrLina may explain what something may suggest and help organize next steps, but it does not provide diagnosis. Use local emergency services or seek professional medical care when symptoms are severe, worsening, sudden, or urgent.
Early access
Joining early access means you are asking to receive updates and possible app access. It does not guarantee immediate access, clinical support, or availability in every country or device configuration.
Responsible use
Do not submit sensitive medical records, emergency requests, or private health details through the public waitlist form. Do not use DrLina to delay urgent care.
Paid plans
DrLina currently offers Free Preview, Weekly Plus, Monthly Pro, Founder Year Pack, and Custom Care access on the website. These plans unlock website access such as longer chat, games, memory continuity, and personalization. Access limits, features, and pricing may change as the product matures, but changes should be communicated clearly on the pricing page.
Payments and checkout methods
DrLina supports Paystack and PayPal checkout where available. After choosing a paid package, you add your email, choose a payment method, complete checkout through the payment provider, and return to DrLina so access can be activated. Payments are for website access, support, or early founder benefits; they are not payment for emergency medical care, diagnosis, prescriptions, or clinical services.
Worldwide payments and currency
DrLina is intended for users in many countries. Prices may be displayed in USD for clarity, while Paystack may charge the equivalent amount in a merchant-supported currency such as KES depending on the provider configuration and available payment channel. International Visa, Mastercard, and other card payments are subject to the payment provider, card issuer, country rules, currency conversion, fraud checks, and bank approval. PayPal availability also depends on PayPal's country and account rules.
Refund and access issues
If a payment succeeds but access does not activate, contact support@drlina.app with the email used at checkout and the approximate payment time. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, especially for duplicate payments, checkout errors, or access failures. We cannot guarantee refunds for fully used website access, but we will handle payment problems in good faith.
