DrLina operates purely as a neutral computational medium. We do not monitor, verify, or endorse user-generated assets for external distribution. Any clinical, regulatory, or legal consequences arising from how you share, publish, or interpret these outputs rest entirely on you.
3. Absolute Conversational Privacy & Data Sandboxing
All conversational inputs, health inquiries, voice sessions, and uploaded medical documents remain strictly private and isolated within your sandboxed session instance. DrLina does not monetize, sell, or expose your health inquiries to third-party data brokers or advertising networks. Your private health dialogues remain strictly between you and your authenticated session.
4. Emergency Override Protocol (Not an Emergency Response Network)
DrLina is not an emergency response system. 5. Multimodal & Wound Care Imaging Limits
Computer vision and image-based clinical analysis cannot replace physical palpation, depth inspection, microbiological culture, or circulatory assessment. Images may obscure deep tissue damage, contamination, or systemic pathology. Never rely on automated visual inspection alone to delay necessary in-person clinical evaluation.
6. Paid Plans Do Not Alter Clinical Safety Bounds
Paid DrLina memberships (Go, Plus, Ultra) unlock expanded conversation limits, multimodal tools, and personalized longitudinal memory. Paid subscriptions do not convert DrLina into a licensed medical provider, diagnostic entity, or emergency service. All safety bounds apply universally across both free and premium tiers.
