This page explains what DrLina collects today, how chat continuity and memory work, and how payments and support information are handled across web and mobile.

Website and mobile access information
Access forms may ask for your name, email, country, device, and product interest. Please do not submit urgent symptoms, private medical records, photos, or documents through general contact forms.
Chat and memory
When you sign in, DrLina may store chat messages, usage counts, game activity, profile memory, and continuation context under your account so conversations can continue across devices. Memory is treated as user-reported context, not confirmed medical fact. DrLina should not be used for emergency care or diagnosis.
Paid plans and payment providers
DrLina paid plans may use Paystack or PayPal checkout for Go, Plus, Ultra, and support payments. Payment providers may process your email, name, payment method, transaction reference, currency, amount, country/payment-channel signals, and checkout status. DrLina does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, mobile money PINs, bank login details, or PayPal credentials.
Worldwide payments and currency conversion
DrLina is available globally, but each payment provider decides which payment methods and currencies are available for a specific transaction. Paystack may process a DrLina plan in a merchant-supported currency such as KES even when the plan is displayed in USD on the website; your card issuer or payment provider may convert the amount and may apply its own fees. PayPal may process payments through PayPal wallet or card checkout according to PayPal's rules.
Email and notifications
DrLina uses a Notification Brain to send transactional email, such as early access welcome messages, contact form receipts, team notifications, and future payment receipts. We may later add opt-in article or discovery notifications, but subscription-style emails should be controlled by user preference where practical.
Mobile app handling
The DrLina mobile app uses the shared authenticated backend for account continuity. We apply access controls, rate limits, and safety layers to supported app features, and will update this policy as data handling changes.
