Privacy Policy & Conversational Data Sandboxing
At DrLina, health privacy is a fundamental clinical right. This policy outlines how your health queries, conversational sessions, uploaded images, and account credentials are protected and sandboxed across web and mobile ecosystems.
1. Absolute Conversational Privacy & Session Sandboxing
Your health dialogues, voice interactions, and uploaded clinical files remain strictly sandboxed within your secure session instance. DrLina does NOT sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your clinical inquiries to commercial third parties, insurance entities, or advertising brokers. What you discuss with DrLina remains strictly between you and your authenticated session.
2. User Ownership of Generative Outputs & Visuals
Any image, infographic, timeline visual, or summary you generate through DrLina's toolsets is your property. DrLina operates purely as a neutral computational medium and does not claim ownership or monitor external use of assets you create.
3. Account Memory & Longitudinal Continuity
When authenticated, DrLina may store conversation histories, profile memory notes, and medication tracking context to provide seamless cross-device continuity. You retain complete control to clear your memory notes or reset your timeline history at any time from your Profile Settings.
4. Payment Security & Zero Financial Storage
All subscription transactions are handled via certified payment gateways (Paystack, PayPal). DrLina never receives or stores your full credit card numbers, CVV codes, bank credentials, or mobile money PINs on our servers.
5. Mobile App Privacy Invariants
The DrLina mobile app adheres to strict hardware sandboxing (camera and microphone permissions are only accessed with explicit user intent during active visual scans or voice sessions).
6. Data Rights & Inquiries
To request data export, memory deletion, or general privacy inquiries, contact the DrLina Data Protection team at support@drlina.app.
