DrLina is in public preview. This page explains what the website collects today, how support and payments work, and how we intend to handle health-related information carefully as the mobile app moves toward launch.

Website waitlist information
The early access form may ask for your name, email, country, product interest, and a short note about what you want from DrLina. Please do not submit private medical records, urgent symptoms, photos, documents, or information that needs clinical review through the public website forms.
Preview chat and memory
The website preview may store chat messages, usage counts, game activity, lightweight profile memory, and continuation context so DrLina can respond with better continuity. Memory is treated as user-reported context, not confirmed medical fact. The preview should not be used for emergency care, diagnosis, or sensitive medical records.
Paid plans and payment providers
DrLina paid plans may use Paystack or PayPal checkout for Weekly Plus, Monthly Pro, Founder Year Pack, Custom Care, and support payments. Payment providers may process your email, name, payment method, transaction reference, currency, amount, country/payment-channel signals, and checkout status. DrLina does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, mobile money PINs, bank login details, or PayPal credentials.
Worldwide payments and currency conversion
DrLina is available globally, but each payment provider decides which payment methods and currencies are available for a specific transaction. Paystack may process a DrLina plan in a merchant-supported currency such as KES even when the plan is displayed in USD on the website; your card issuer or payment provider may convert the amount and may apply its own fees. PayPal may process payments through PayPal wallet or card checkout according to PayPal's rules.
Email and notifications
DrLina uses a Notification Brain to send transactional email, such as early access welcome messages, contact form receipts, team notifications, and future payment receipts. We may later add opt-in article or discovery notifications, but subscription-style emails should be controlled by user preference where practical.
Future app handling
The DrLina mobile app is planned to use stricter health-data safeguards, secure backend services, rate limiting, and safety layers before collecting app-based scan or care-plan information. We will update this policy before those features collect production data.
