What is DrLina Pro?
DrLina Pro ($79 per month or $790 per year) is the fullest access tier. It unlocks all four Lina Minds (Scout, Vela, Meridian, and Aster) for comprehensive clinical dossiers and deep multi-system synthesis. It includes up to 1,000 chat messages daily, 15,000 credits monthly, 100 uploads daily, 90 voice minutes daily (450 monthly), up to 5 active Care Programs, and 200 AI game rounds.
Which Lina Minds are included in each membership plan?
DrLina Free includes Lina Scout (acute signal triage). DrLina Go ($5/mo) includes Scout & Vela (circadian routines and basic document analysis). DrLina Plus ($19/mo) includes Scout, Vela & Meridian (deep reasoning and clinical lab panel analysis). DrLina Pro ($79/mo) unlocks the complete engine room: Scout, Vela, Meridian, and Aster (complex clinical dossiers and multi-pass synthesis).
Do pets and White Coat have separate unlimited allowances?
No. Pet AI replies and AI reminder drafts share your chat and credit allowance. White Coat text turns count toward both its own daily ceiling and your chat allowance. Pet voice and White Coat voice share your plan’s voice minutes.
How does voice time work?
Voice reserves up to the maximum session length when you connect, even if you end early. Free: 2 minutes daily / 10 monthly, 1 minute per session. Go: 10 daily / 30 monthly, 5 per session. Plus: 30 daily / 120 monthly, 10 per session. Pro: 90 daily / 450 monthly, 20 per session.
Does buying credits remove daily limits?
No. Credits pay for eligible AI requests within your plan. Daily message, upload, White Coat, voice and creation ceilings still apply, as do monthly voice and creation ceilings. Daily limits reset at account-local midnight; Free credits have a separate rolling 24-hour window. Monthly allowances renew on the first of the month at 00:00 UTC.
Do I need to pay to begin?
You can begin with Free access. Paid plans provide different model access, allowances, and care-program limits. Review the comparison for what fits your needs.
Is a yearly price paid all at once?
Yes. The displayed yearly amount ($50/year for Go, $190/year for Plus, $790/year for Pro) is the annual total, saving two months compared to monthly billing. The payment provider confirms the charge before payment.
Does a paid plan replace medical care?
No. Every plan supports understanding and care planning, rather than establishing a diagnosis. Seek medical care for severe, sudden, or worsening symptoms.
